Ear Cartilage (Helix, conch, tragus, rook, daith, forward helix) Nose, Septum, Eyebrow, Navel, Lip
16 Years & Up
All previous mentions, Industrial, Tongue, snug, anti-tragus
18 Years & Up
All previous mentions, Nipples, Dermal's (Dermal's are Appointment only - Mark)
If a piercing is not listed we do not perform it. ie: Smiley, snake eyes, frog eyes, webs of any kind
Under 16: Parents will need to bring their ID and one of the following for child: child’s birth certificate, passport, id card, Show online school ie: Infinite Campus, power school.
IF LAST NAMES DO NOT MATCH YOU MUST HAVE BIRTH CERTIFICATE OR INFINITE CAMPUS WHERE YOU ARE LISTED AS PARENT GUARDIAN.
Over 16: MUST have State issued Id card, driver's license, passport, military id. If you do not have any of this and you are under 18, you may have a parent with you and refer to what is needed for under 16.
18 years or older: you must have one of the mentioned Identification forms, parent consent will no longer work as you are an adult.
If there is a guardian in place you will need to bring in court documents showing the agreement. Along with the mentioned proper identification.
If you do not have a drivers license you can go to the DOT and get a non driver's identification card pretty easy.
